Q: Where can I purchase Picnic at Ascot products?

A: We're sorry, but we do not sell direct to the public, as our products are only sold through Authorized Retailers. To find an Authorized Retailer please visit Buy online.
Q: Where does the food go?
A: All of our products are designed to provide ample storage space for food  and/or beverages. Our picnic backpacks have a separate fully insulated storage  compartment in the back as well as an insulated wine/drink holder on the side.  Our picnic coolers feature a generous main compartment and some also have an  insulated wine/drink holder on the side.
Q: How long will my food stay cool/hot?
A: Our Thermal Shield Insulation will keep food and beverages the proper  temperature for several hours depending on their temperature when packed and  outside conditions. For those longer picnic outings, simply add a small hot/cold  pack.
Q: Can I purchase additional dishes and/ or utensils for my product?
A: We are pleased to enhance your picnicking pleasure by selling components for your Picnic at Ascot products, directly to you. We don't sell complete products direct to consumers but you can purchase replacement dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. from us. Please email sales@picnicatascot.com with an image of your product, when you purchased or received it and a description of which pieces you want to purchase.
Q: Does Picnic at Ascot offer a guarantee?
A: All of our products come with a Lifetime Warranty. We stand behind our  products, which are designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards  in the industry. We will promptly repair or replace any defects in materials or  workmanship for the life of the product. Consumers may Contact Us directly for  any warranty issues.
Q: How do I care for my product? Are the dishes/utensils dishwasher safe?
A: All of our products can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge. The  plates, glasses, flatware and stainless steel barbecue utensils are all top rack  dishwasher safe. The napkins, tablecloths and blankets are gentle cycle machine  washable in cold water and low heat tumble dry. The wood cutting board and wood  barbecue utensils should be cleaned in soapy water after each use. Wipe the  cutting board, the handles of the cheese knife, corkscrew and BBQ utensils once  or twice a year with mineral oil to extend their life and preserve the natural  luster of the wood.
