We stand behind our products, which are designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards in the industry. Picnic at Ascot will promptly repair or replace any product with defects in materials or workmanship throughout the expected lifetime of the product. Please note that normal wear and tear would not be considered a manufacturing defect* and as such, would not be covered by our limited lifetime warranty**.
Please contact our Customer Service staff at orders@picnicatascot.com with "Warranty" anywhere in the subject line. Our team will need to see a proof of purchase from an authorized retailer of ours and images of the item(s) in order to process a claim on your behalf. Our warranty is considered void if any of the following apply:
- You are not the first owner of the item(s)
- Authenticity of the item(s) cannot be verified
- Damage is deemed to be from normal wear and tear
- Manufacturing defects* are not reported within 12 months of purchase
Instructions for return, repair, or replacement will be provided once the claim has been approved. Replacements, if available, will be for the same or equivalent item(s)/color(s).
*Manufacturing defects, if not immediately obvious, will typically present themselves within 2 to 3 uses. We ask that these be reported within 12 months of your purchase.
**Our warranty covers the expected lifetime of our products for personal, non-commercial use.
